Monday
Short Sessions - 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Nature-Based (September 8-October 27)
- Learn about nature and explore different activities in our Blooming Heights Edible Schoolyard and Outdoor Classroom.
Create Art (November 3-January 12)
- In this mini-session, engage in theme-based activities and group time with your child each week and engage in parent discussion on how to create and support your child's learning through art.
Experiment with Science (February 2-April 13)
- In this mini-session, engage in science-based activities and group time with your child each week and engage in parent discussions on how to create and support your child's learning in the areas of art and science.
Learning with Literature (April 20-June 9)
- Reading is one of the best ways to support your young child's language and literacy development, join us to celebrate the power and joy of reading during I Love to Read month. In this mini-session, we will engage in theme-based activities and group time with your child each week and engage in parent discussion on how to create and support your child's learning through literature.
ECFE for Spanish Speakers - 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Las familias disfrutarán aprendiendo y jugando juntas a través de actividades y tiempo en grupo con canciones y cuentos. Los padres se reunirán con nuestra educadora de padres para aprender sobre el desarrollo infantil, hacer preguntas y recibir apoyo para padres. Para familias cuyo idioma materno es el español.
Families will enjoy learning and playing together through activities and group time with songs and stories. Parents will meet with our parent educator to learn about child development, ask questions, and receive parenting support. For families with a home language of Spanish.
Tuesday
Terrific Toddlers - 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Toddlers are curious and busy! Spend time with your child, exploring and engaging in activities, songs, and stories in the classroom for part of the morning. Engage in discussion with other parents/caregivers in an educator-led discussion, while your child interacts with peers and fun activities
ECFE for All - 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
This class provides the added support of transportation (only for CH residents) and Spanish interpreting. Let our staff know at registration if you are in need of these services. All are welcome to enroll in this class regardless of need.
Esta clase ofrece el apoyo adicional de transporte (sólo para residentes de CH) e interpretación en español. Informe a nuestro personal en el registro si usted está en necesidad de estos servicios. Todos son bienvenidos a inscribirse en esta clase, independientemente de su necesidad.
Wednesday
Mixed Ages AM - 9:00-11:00 a.m.
This class is a time to enjoy learning and playing together through activities designed for you and your child(ren). Boost your parenting/caregiving skills through an educator-led discussion for part of the class, while your child(ren) enjoy interacting with their peers.

This class is a time to enjoy learning and playing together through activities designed for you and your child(ren). Boost your parenting/caregiving skills through an educator-led discussion for part of the class, while your child(ren) enjoy interacting with their peers.
Thursday
Incredible Infants - 9:00-10:30 a.m.
Bringing home a new baby comes with a lot of joy as well as challenges, and we are here to help! Join other families with infants to connect, play, and learn about infant development including sleep, nutrition, attachment, and more. Each family will receive a CHPS welcome baby bag! This class offers sibling care. Siblings outside the class age range 12 months-5 years old will be cared for in another room by one of our ECFE teachers. Please sign-up any siblings that will attend and call 763-528-4517 to waive the fee for those siblings.
